- The first step in protecting rental property is to complete a thorough screening of every applicant.  We run extensive credit reports on prospective tenants and immediately reject any applicant with a previous eviction.  Our screening sytem allows for only highly qualified tenants on our clients properties.

 - At K2Holdings we utilize local newspaper, newsletters, networking, classified ads and online advertising to ensure that we can locate qualified tenants for your property.  K2Holdings has developed proven techniques which assure our clients that their property will remain visible in the community,

3Repairs and Maintenance

K2Holdings has company staff specifically dedicated to keeping your property in peak condition at all times.  With 24/7 service available to our clients, we are confident that our clients properties are maitained in the best possible condition.  With a qualified maintenance staff, we can get to know your property and be able to determine any reoccurring problems therefore saving you money by spotting any reocurring problems which an independent contractor might pass over.  Owners must approve any major repairs over the stipulated repair dollar amount listed in the management contract. 

4) Collections

- We take responsibility for the collection of rent in a timely matter and make every effort to ensure that rent is paid in full.  We offer tenents a variety of different options for payment and have found that this flexibility for the tenent greatly improves the rent collection process.  If an eviction process is evident, K2Holdings will represent the owner in court.
